The Landing at Parkshore is a luxury residential development positioned directly on Milwaukee's lakefront, offering residents immediate access to Lake Michigan and walkable proximity to downtown Milwaukee. Developer Michael Emem of EMEM Construction, along with development partner Ranjit Singh, needed standout media to support realtor Dana Karow's buyer and renter marketing across the property website, digital advertising, and social media.
The Landing's most compelling selling points — its direct Lake Michigan access and relationship to the Milwaukee skyline — cannot be effectively communicated through ground-level photography alone. Standard listing media would have undersold the location's most powerful attributes and failed to differentiate the property in a competitive Milwaukee residential market.
Every creative decision was made with the lakefront as the centerpiece. Flight paths were specifically planned to keep Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee skyline visible in as many aerial shots as possible, and ground coverage was sequenced to complement rather than duplicate the aerial work.

The lakefront position was the visual anchor of every shot in the production. Drone footage moved through approach, orbit, and detail angles with Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee skyline as constant context. Ground photography documented the property exterior and surrounding streetscape, completing a full package that works across every channel Dana Karow's team deploys it in.
The production delivered a complete media package positioned around the property's most differentiating attribute — its Lake Michigan address — and gave the marketing and leasing team a strong visual foundation for all outreach.
